Trace important claims to evidence a reader can inspect.
Start with the original
Official product documentation, support pages, release notes, and other primary sources provide the foundation for factual instructions. Reliable reporting may add context or independent confirmation.
Discovery is different from verification
Search trends, forum posts, and app reviews can reveal a useful question. They are not sufficient evidence for every answer.
Keep the context
Record the source, the date it was checked, and any device, version, or regional limitation. Give credit for quoted or reused work and use images only with an appropriate basis.
When a source changes, the affected page should be reviewed.
